LEAD TIMES

Orders made on Otrera accessories are all made to order. Lead times will be up to four weeks in order for you to receive your items unless we have stock in your item in which it will ship immediately. You will receive an email once your item ships out to you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily accept all returns with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you your shipping charges.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

We will gladly process your orders Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders received during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
